He died September 22, 2013 in Ankeny, Iowa due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. A Celebration of Chad’s Life will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at The Elkhart Community Center. Chad was a great man with a great smile. He will be missed by his family and friends. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in loving memory of Chad.
